Britne' is the founder/CEO of BlinkOutLoud LLC, based in New Orleans,Louisiana. Britne took an interest in the lash industry in 2016 and quickly fell in love with the craft. Since then she has obtained an esthetic license, and made it a priority to give clientele top quality service only using the best products on the market. After years of doing research for quality products Britne' released  a full product line in 2019 that she uses on the daily for her own personal clientele.
